Q:  What do I do if my TV only has no picture or no signal?

A:  Make sure the TV is on channel 3, still no picture, make sure the box is hooked up correctly (refer to box hook up)

 

Q:  How do I make the time/channel display on the front of my box?

A:  Press the Menu button, at the bottom of the screen you will see Quick Menu, go to Main Menu, then go to Set Up,

      go to Cable Box Set Up, go down to Front LED Display change it to current time or current channel.

 

Q:  Can I change channels other than using the channel up & down button?

A:  Press the Menu button, at the bottom of the screen you will see Quick Menu, go to Main Menu, then go to Set Up.

      go to Guide Set Up, go down to channel Entry Behavior change it to Auto Tune.

 

Q:  My box is displaying an O on the front of the box.

A:  We can send a warm refresh signal to fix the problem.

 

Q:  Can I sit a TV on my converter box?

A:  No, it needs to be ventilated to keep from overheating.

 

Q:  There is a red light on my box, what is it and how do I get it off?

A:  It is a message that we have sent to you. Press the Menu button, at the bottom of the screen you will see Quick

      Menu, go to Main Menu press ok, then go to Message press ok then press ok again.  This will allow you to read the

      message.  To clear themessage you will see keep or delete at the bottom.  Highlight delete and ok, then exit.
